Weather-related cancellations:

1. For changes due to bad weather conditions, we will proceed to change the date and time of the activity. except in exceptional cases, we will proceed to the total refund or voucher for later use.
2. Any personal incident or weather change in the 24 hours prior to the departure of the activity must be justified by the client or by the company.
